Living Area:

Enjoy the open concept living space boasting a 65" Smart TV with Peacock streaming service available for all guests.  Open the sliding glass doors to the outdoor patio with BBQ grill and heated saltwater pool.  Comfortable and quiet.

Kitchen & Dining:

Show off your cooking skills in this well stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  Chill your wine in the 2 temperature wine fridge in the large kitchen island with quartz countertop.  Complimentary coffee and tea awaits you each morning.  Reverse Osmosis water filtration installed providing fresh, chemical free water for drinking and cooking.

Beds and Baths:

All bedrooms are on the second floor.  The large primary suite has a king bed and a large walk-in closet providing the tranquility for a peaceful night sleep.  The ensuite bathroom will feel like a spa with the deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has ample room with a queen bed and large closet while the third bedroom has two twin beds and another large closet.  The second full bathroom on the second floor has a tub/shower and single sink.  A third full bathroom on the first floor also has a walk-in shower and can be used as a pool bath.  

Outdoor:

Step outside to your private oasis - a heated saltwater pool surrounded by beautiful, lush vegetation. The outdoor area is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, table and chairs for meals, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs - perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine and relaxing after a day at the beach!

Good To Know:

Minimum of 4 nights, max 6 guests.

Must be 25 yrs or older to rent.

No Pets, No Smoking on the property.

We don't charge for heating the pool to 82 degrees. However, when the Florida temperatures dip below 50 degrees, we cannot guarantee the pool temperature will get to 82 nor maintain that temperature during your stay.

Upon booking, a copy of the guest's driver's license is required and a rental agreement must be signed.

Electric Car Charging:
As previous Tesla Owners, we know how convenient it is to get a full charge at home. Please let us know if you have a need to charge an electric car during your stay.
